【 Spiral plate heat exchanger
 Spiral plate heat exchanger It is a kind of high efficiency heat exchanger equipment, which is suitable for steam, steam, liquid, liquid and liquid, and heat transfer to liquid. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, solvent, medicine, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, rolling, coking and other industries. According to the structure form, it can be divided into non detachable (type I) spiral plate type and detachable type (type II type and type III type) spiral plate heat exchanger.

The spiral plate heat exchanger has been proved to be an efficient heat exchanger through many years' practice. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, solvent, medicine, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking and other industries. The heat exchanger absorbs the modern international advanced technology, and is specially designed and made of liquid - liquid, steam - water heat exchanger. The process of product structure by the Swedish "arfara generation" standard, spiral plate surface using hem argon arc welding, "from the top of column" special process for the capacitance storage contactor, improve the internal and external quality of "Baosteel" recognition, can replace the imported.
Detachable spiral heat exchanger in machine of standard JB/TQ724-89 detachable spiral heat exchanger, and the design requirements of the basic parameters and dimensions, it has simple manufacture, low cost, has the advantages of small volume and good heat transfer performance, but also has its shortcomings, such as no mechanical cleaning bad, it is not easy to repair, selection should be based on the actual situation of the project selection of specific equipment to make the most effective.
Structure and properties
1, the device is suitable for liquid liquid gas air liquid convection heat transfer, which can be used for steam condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer. Chemical industry, petroleum, medicine, machinery, power, light industry and textile industries can be selected.
2, the device is made up of two steel rolls, forming two uniform spiral channels. Two heat transfer cut-off can carry out full countercurrent flow, which is suitable for heat transfer with small temperature difference, easy to recover low-temperature heat source and accurately control outlet temperature.
3, the nozzle on the shell is tangential structure, the local resistance is small, the curvature of the spiral channel is uniform, the flow of fluid in the device does not have large reversing, and the total resistance is small, so it can improve the design speed and make it have high heat transfer capability.
4. The end face of the spiral channel is welded and sealed. The sealing performance is good and the structure is reliable.
5, it is not easy to overhaul, especially when the internal panels are in trouble. It is extremely difficult to repair. Some factories are going to lose all the welding seam at the two ends of the equipment. Then the plate will be flattened and repaired before being rolled up. The consumption time is too large, because it is very important to choose the spiral plate heat exchanger for anticorrosion.
6, can not be mechanical cleaning, practice has proved that the spiral plate heat exchanger and tubular heat exchanger is not easily blocked, especially in sediment, small shells and other suspended particles impurities deposition within the spiral channel, analyzes the reason; because it is the deposition of single channel impurity in the passage the formation of a turnover flow also will increase to put it away, because there is no dead two accident in a spiral channel, easy to be out of impurities.
7, because of the distance between the supporting channels of the fixed distance column in the spiral channel, there must be no fiber like impurities (cotton yarn, straw stick, leaf and so on) into the heat exchanger.
8, strictly control the cooling water outlet temperature below the scaling temperature.
9, the commonly used cleaning methods are steam blowing or caustic washing, steam blowing into the nozzle and blowing the impurities out of the equipment. Many factories think this is an effective way.
Detachable (type II and type III) spiral plate heat exchangers
The structure principle is basically the same as that of the undetachable heat exchanger, but the channel can be dismantled and cleaned, and the ends are sealed with the head. It is especially suitable for the exchange of liquid and liquid with viscous and precipitated liquid, as well as gas one liquid and steam condensate. As the detachable heat exchanger is required to add the head, flange and other components, the cost of the equipment is slightly larger than that of the undetachable heat exchanger.
Basic parameters
The nominal pressure PN of the spiral plate heat exchanger is 0.6, 1, 1.6 and 2.5Mpa (i.e., 6, 10, 16, 25kg/cm2). The test pressure is 1.25 times of the working pressure.
The material of the contact part of the spiral plate heat exchanger and the medium, the carbon steel is Q235A, Q235AF, the stainless steel acid steel is SUS321, SUS304. Other materials can be selected according to the requirements of the user.
The working temperature is allowed: t=0 ~ +350 C of carbon steel and t=-40 ~ 500 C of stainless steel acid steel. The temperature lowering range is according to the relevant regulations of pressure vessel. When this equipment is selected, the fluid in the equipment channel should be turbulent through the process calculation. (general liquid flow velocity 1m/Sec gas flow rate 10m/Sec).
Single equipment can not meet the requirements of the use, can be used in multiple combinations, but the combination must comply with the following provisions:
Parallel combination, series combination: the distance between the equipment and the channel is the same. Hybrid combination: one channel is parallel and one channel is connected in series.
